Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation. s
  • Familiarity with IT software solutions and industry trends.
  • Demonstrable experience of solution-based selling with a proven track record of sales over-achievement
  • Prior experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients
  • Experience in resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways to meet targets and objectives
  • Strong experience in networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise
  • Expert level capability and the ability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload

Job Description:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Effectively present and articulate solutions to clients, demonstrating how our offerings address their specific requirements.
  • Self-managing the entire process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
