Relationship Manager (RM)
What will you do:
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Presenting product information to clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Achieving business target according to business goals
- Doing Cross selling and Upselling
What are we looking:
- At least 3+ years working experience in a reputable Fintech/Banking company/FMCG, particularly in a Relationship Manager/Business Development role is a must
- Possess a network of potential clients in Horeca or FnB Raw Materials
- Deep understanding of the retail-FMCG, financial services, and technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, good negotiator, and good presentation
- Energetic, mature, accountable, self-drive, fast learner, and good analytical skills
- Willing to work with target orientation
- Have a good communication skill
