• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management
  • Final year student or recent graduate from Business Administration or related field from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Must have organisational experience
  • This is a paid internship program with 3 months period.

Job Description

  • Leverage data to understand our customers and to identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive customer growth, retention, engagement, and/or revenue
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders (i.e. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development, Marketing) to implement improvements in customer experience & growth initiatives.
  • Brainstorm on growth initiatives and assess their impact, efficacy, and complexity.
