What will you do:

  • Creating product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products from competitors.
  • Accountable for strategy development, campaign roadmap, planning (investment planning, channel planning) and project evaluation in the effort to increase product communication, traffic, lead generation, and adoption rate/acquisition.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaign plans that include activations across many formats and channels (including search, social media, email marketing, WhatApps, etc)
  • Collaborate with multi-stakeholders to develop relevant communications for our different segments, verticals, and personas.
  • Work closely with the channel owner in designing and building strategies and campaigns to reach the business objectives.
  • Work closely with the brand and creative teams on the creation of marketing deliverables and manage marketing activities necessary for the business success of the products
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to not only develop and execute strong GTMs for new product launches, but also become an integral partner in sharing feedback and user insights for product development.
  • Identifying improvement areas including but not limited to CRM user journey, performance marketing, search engine optimization, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learnings to new initiatives.
  • Measure ROI and strategic value of marketing projects both at product and channel level to decide the right mix of marketing and resource investment.

What are we looking:

  • 3+ years experience as Product Marketing Manager in a fast-paced environment (preferably from fin-tech or e-commerce)
  • Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights.
  • Able to translate complex features into compelling messaging across various marketing materials for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
