Associate Technical Program Manager
What will you do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Track project progress and performance against established goals and objectives
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and other relevant documentation
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and cross-functional departments
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the program management team
What we are looking:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Min 1-2 years experience in project management or coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
