What will you do:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Track project progress and performance against established goals and objectives
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and other relevant documentation
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and cross-functional departments
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the program management team


What we are looking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Min 1-2 years experience in project management or coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
