Product Associate responsibilities are:

  • Engage in product discovery to develop and iterate MVPs, based on available data, user research and third-party sources
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Growth Team to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
  • Collaborates with UIUX and Technical Team in product development lifecycle
  • Creating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the Tech Team
  • Self-organize under scrum methodology to collaborate and deliver features to customers
  • Monitor, plan, analyse, evaluate features and products
  • Oversee the development and management of real-time systems to record revenue and costs

Product Associate requirements are:

  • Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
  • Min. 2 year working experience in product management is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A mix of great technical depth, principled thinking and well-honed product judgment
  • Having strong business acumen, supply chain mindset and B2B product experience is a plus point.
  • A creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, growth, business development, marketing, design, Data, Sales, customer success, etc. We design our space to encourage as much collaboration as possible!
  • Extreme attention to detail, concisely communicates complex concepts, and is equally excited about 99.9999% reliability and financial correctness as well as beautiful product UX and API design
  • Have experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bonus points if you’ve worked at a rapidly growing startup
  • Super-structured way of thinking; able to translate ‘abstract’ or ‘open-ended’ business goals/concepts into actionable initiatives
  • Business-metrics-savvy; key understand of business metrics, how metrics interact with other metrics, and levers behind it
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases
  • Experience in iterative, agile software delivery, short release cycles
  • Focus and thoughtfulness on data and analytics to solve problems and experience achieving results through continuous improvement
  • Willing to work at Malang, East Java
