What will you do:

  • Formulating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to increase product adoption through both sales team initiatives and organic growth avenues.
  • Develop robust understanding of users by conducting data analysis to segment B2B users based on the industry and behavioral.
  • Creating compelling incentives to encourage product trial.
  • Monitoring product adoption and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.

What are we looking:

  • At least have 2-3 years of experience as Product Growth.
  • Having working experience in B2B Industry or Product is a must.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Consulting background is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience in developing go to market strategy or sales programs.
  • Solid data driven, analytical thinking, and excellent in problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
