What will you do:
- Formulating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to increase product adoption through both sales team initiatives and organic growth avenues.
- Develop robust understanding of users by conducting data analysis to segment B2B users based on the industry and behavioral.
- Creating compelling incentives to encourage product trial.
- Monitoring product adoption and channel performance.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
What are we looking:
- At least have 2-3 years of experience as Product Growth.
- Having working experience in B2B Industry or Product is a must.
- Experience in Financial Services or Consulting background is a plus (not mandatory).
- Experience in developing go to market strategy or sales programs.
- Solid data driven, analytical thinking, and excellent in problem solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
