What will you do:

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies that embody the brand positioning across various products, channels, and market segments.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, product education and launches, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Strategize the event and community approach to create creative events and initiatives relevant to each market segment.
  • Devise campaign and content strategies to drive organic traffic, reach, and engagement on social media, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
  • Drive engaging content creation across formats, including, but not limited to, social media content, influencer content, and sales kits, to boost brand awareness, user acquisition, and activation.
  • Navigate content creation to align with customer pain points, product value propositions, and brand voice.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to enhance collaboration initiatives and create impactful campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, innovative content, including photos, videos, and graphics for marketing campaigns, while ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize and achieve assigned marketing metrics.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and press releases to maintain a positive brand image.

What are we looking:

  • 5+ years experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in a fast-paced environment (preferably from fin-tech or e-commerce)
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaign strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and creatively work with available resources
  • Experienced in working with in-house and external creative team or agencies
  • Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with experience in budget management to optimize marketing resources and make continuous improvements.
  • Able to translate complex features into compelling messaging across various marketing materials for a variety of audiences.
