Job Description:
- Partner with business and leaders to provide advisory and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans throughout the talent cycle: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Analyze current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development
- Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to business leaders and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, or other relevant educational background
- Min. of 5 years experience in a related role
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, leadership coaching, compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, diversity, and engagement
- Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
