Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information System, Information Technology, Busines, Finance or relevant degree required
- Previous working experience as a Consultant, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or related position for 3 - 4 years
- Proven experience in innovation and development projects particularly within the FMCG (Consumer Goods/Beauty/Pharma/Food & Beverage sectors)
- Understanding of systems, scrum methodologies, and project management, system architecture, tools and processes that support business systems
- Demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis
- Ability to translate goals and objectives from business development team into actionable and measurable product enhancements
- Excellent in client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and performing at a high level when faced with time constraints
Job Description
- Leads and manages the project life cycle and implementation of projects
- Define full-scale project plans, goals, and deliverables for specifics large-scale and customization projects from enterprise clients
- Translating requirements and Business Process Integration from the Business Development Team to the Product Team
- Coordinate with cross-functional team (such as with product, marketing, customer services, or related team) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report and escalate to the stakeholders as needed
