Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process and provide pipeline visibility to leadership.
  • Drive direct sales efforts from lead generation to closure.
  • Propose solutions aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Conduct KYC processes and integrate our platform into enterprises.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Banking, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in payment gateway or banking sectors.
  • Strong in sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders in large client organizations.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, with proposal and quotation capabilities.
  • Captivating personality, fun, highly curious.
  • Hunter-oriented with own network and outbound sales experience.
  • Prior entertainment client handling preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, F&B, and FMCG industries a plus.
